As the CEO of Larson Consulting Associates, Catherine provides strategic guidance and oversight for public and private sector clients. Catherine is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a Master's in Public Affairs from Washington State University. She has more than 27 years of planning, program development, and process improvement experience. She specializes in project management, stakeholder coordination and collaboration, policy development, program planning, operations oversight, and marketing and communications. In her free time Catherine can be found at a live-music venue, boating, golfing or entertaining.
Patricia joined LCA after more than 16 years at the Washington State Department of Transportation, including 13 years at the Toll Division leading new toll facility launches and most recently, overseeing customer service operations for the state’s 1.6 million Good To Go! customers. She has a Lean Six Sigma Green belt and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Patricia has spent most of her 30-year professional career in project and program management, communications and marketing, and policy development. Patricia enjoys hiking in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, which is a good thing because she also loves food, especially baked goods.
Management consulting was a natural transition after his success as a change manager at Amazon. Bailey has extensive operational experience focusing on process improvement, development and quality assurance. He examines the big picture, dives deep and does his best work when working as a team to execute a project. He is always on the lookout to innovate, and his secret power is taking complex information and distilling it for easier consumptions and evaluation. Bailey has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University. A transplant from California, in his free time he enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and teaching Jujitsu.
Miranda studied Business at Biola University before starting her professional career in customer service, project management, and sales. Known for her Midas touch when smoothing out difficult situations, Miranda will coolly assess a problem before quickly driving to a solution. This talent coupled with her understanding of the customer experience makes her skilled in balancing customer wants and needs with the options that are available. Miranda enjoys reading and one of her favorites is “Defining Decade” by Meg Jay. Miranda is also an excellent writer. She also enjoys working out, golfing, boating, and trying new restaurants in Southern California.
Anna is a recent graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Law with a minor in Economics. Anna has an understanding of International/Business Law along with Public Policy Development. She is a highly motivated self-starter that is goal oriented. With excellent written and oral skills, Anna is eager to contribute to the growth of her clients and to Larson Consulting Associates. Anna has a Lean Six Sigma White Belt. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, attending live-music events, golfing, cooking, and being adventurous.
Bella is a sophomore at the University of Idaho, where she is earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, with a Minor in Marketing. Bella is fearless, eager and always one of the first to volunteer to help on a project. At the University of Idaho Bella is a Vandal Cheerleader and a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Bella works part-time to support LCA and its clients. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and her dogs Rufus and Ruger.
