Catherine Larson, CEO
As the CEO of Larson Consulting Associates, Catherine provides strategic guidance and oversight for public and private sector clients. Catherine is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Washington State University. She has over 30 years of planning, program development, and process improvement experience. She specializes in project management, stakeholder coordination and collaboration, policy development, program planning, operations oversight, and marketing and communications. In her free time Catherine can be found at a live-music venue, boating, golfing or entertaining.
Patricia michaud, principal consultant
Patricia joined LCA after more than 16 years at the Washington State Department of Transportation, including over 13 years at the Toll Division leading new toll facility launches and most recently, overseeing customer service operations for the state’s 1.6 million Good To Go! customers. She has a Lean Six Sigma Green belt and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Patricia has spent most of her 30-year professional career in project and program management, communications and marketing, and policy development. Patricia enjoys hiking in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, which is a good thing because she also loves food, especially baked goods.
Anna bae, consultant
Anna is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Law with a minor in Economics. Anna has an understanding of International/Business Law along with Public Policy Development. She is a highly motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented. With excellent written and oral skills, Anna is eager to contribute to the growth of her clients and to Larson Consulting Associates. Anna has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, attending live-music events, golfing, cooking, and being adventurous.
andrew mcneill, Associate consultant
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a Business focus from Whitworth University. After graduation, he gained hands-on management experience in the retail industry, where he honed his leadership skills and commitment to excellent customer service. Now an Associate Consultant at LCA, where he has supported projects for the past two years, Andrew leverages his technical expertise in quality assurance to ensure work meets the highest standards. He is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, bringing a process improvement mindset to his day-to-day work. His ability to analyze complex systems and provide insightful feedback contributes to the success of the projects he supports. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active at the gym, experimenting with new recipes, and cheering on the Seahawks.
Gabriella Neal, consultant
Gabriella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Washington and a Graduate certificate in Business. She is in the process of obtaining her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With a background in real estate and client services, she now serves as a consultant with the LCA team, where she brings a client-centered approach to transportation projects. Gabriella thrives in cross-functional collaborations, aiming to exceed both client expectations and project objectives. Her emphasis on clear communication and strategic problem-solving drives successful outcomes. She is passionate about building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful solutions that enhance transportation infrastructure for communities. In her free time, Gabriella enjoys stand-up comedy, listening to podcasts, and walking her dogs.
CLAIRE COUYOUMJIAN, ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
Claire graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pure Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton. She obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University. She is known for her analytical mind and enthusiasm for a challenge regardless of its magnitude. Her cognitive abilities, versatility, and meticulousness enable her to create excellent work, which provides our clients with the input they need to grow and improve their operations. Her positive attitude and passion for her work makes working alongside Claire rewarding and fun. In her free time, she loves to be outside, listen to audiobooks/read, watch documentaries, and spend time with family.
jonathan simmons, ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Washington State University. He specializes in quality assurance work and technical skills. Jonathan is experienced in problem-solving and facilitates diligent attention to detail when analyzing data that helps to reveal overall trends. Jonathan also has a strong work-ethic, is self-motivated, and prepared for any task. He always seeks to provide feedback that can bring about meaningful change for every project. Outside of work, Jonathan likes watching TV, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
SASHI NAMBIAR, CONSULTANT
Sashi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA. Sashi joins Larson Consulting Associates with over 20 years of call center management experience from the Telecommunications and Waste Industries. He has led customer service operations of varying scale, with oversight of technical support, billing, sales, and retention, consistently delivering strong operational results. He brings a positive, high-energy mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving that supports exceptional client outcomes. Sashi contributes proven leadership and contact center expertise that elevates service quality and strengthens team performance. Sashi loves to spend time with his family watching his son play baseball, listening to his daughter sing, and rooting on the Yankees with his wife and 2 cats.
Letisha Larson, Business Manager
Letisha Larson serves as the Business Manager at Larson Consulting Associates, bringing a balanced blend of business leadership and educational insight. Her professional background includes experience in insurance, financial services, business ownership, and operations management, providing a strong foundation in compliance, accuracy, and practical business strategy. Letisha holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management. This combination of academic training and professional knowledge allows her to support both clients and internal teams with clarity, professionalism, and client-focused solutions. Outside of the office, Letisha enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending meaningful time with family.
kylee mclaughlin, intern
Kylee McLaughlin is an intern at Larson Consulting Associates, who brings a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. She is eager to build new skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the collaborative work that supports LCA’s clients and communities. Kylee approaches new challenges with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to develop professionally.
As a proud mother, she brings resilience and determination to both her personal and professional life. Outside of work, Kylee enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and being outdoors.
