Catherine Larson, founder & CEO
Catherine Larson is the Founder and CEO of Larson Consulting Associates, where she advises public and private sector clients on complex programs, organizational and operational challenges, and implementation. She is also an executive coach and longtime mentor who enjoys helping people recognize their strengths, build confidence, and achieve goals they may not have thought possible.
Catherine brings more than 30 years of professional, community, and volunteer leadership experience spanning program development, facilitation, event planning, and process improvement. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from Washington State University, and is a UC Berkeley-trained executive coach. Whether working with an organization or an individual, Catherine is most energized by helping people succeed and seeing the impact that success can have on their organizations and communities. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, boating, golfing, and entertaining.
Patricia michaud, principal consultant
Patricia joined LCA after more than 16 years with the Washington State Department of Transportation, including 13 years in the Toll Division where she helped lead the launch of new toll facilities and oversaw customer service operations for 1.6 million Good To Go! customers. Over her 30-year career, she has led projects and programs spanning operations, communications and marketing, and policy development.
Patricia is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, which is probably a good thing given her love of food, especially baked goods.
Anna Bae, consultant
Anna is a graduate of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Law with a minor in Economics. Her background in business and international law, economics, and public policy brings a valuable perspective to her work with LCA clients.
Anna is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to her work. She enjoys taking on new challenges, learning quickly, and contributing wherever she can make a difference for her clients and team.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending live music, golfing, cooking, and seeking out her next adventure.
Scott Skanes, Senior Technology Advisor
Scott Skanes is a Senior Technology Advisor with LCA, bringing more than 30 years of experience in customer service, project management, contact center operations, workforce management, and client services. For the past eight years, he has applied that experience in the tolling industry, supporting complex customer service operations and technology.
Scott specializes in contact center operations and technology, including IVR development, call routing, workforce management, and reporting and analytics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in English from the University of Kentucky.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling, spending time with his two daughters, going to the gym, and staying active.
Letisha Larson, Business Manager
Letisha Larson serves as Business Manager at LCA, bringing experience in insurance, financial services, business ownership, and operations management. Her broad business background gives her a practical understanding of the financial, operational, and administrative details that keep organizations running effectively.
Letisha holds a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management. At LCA, she supports the business and its teams with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
Outside of work, Letisha enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
GABRIELLA NEAL, CONSULTANT
Gabriella holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Washington and a graduate certificate in Business. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With a background in real estate and client services, Gabriella brings strong communication skills and a client-focused perspective to her work as an LCA consultant.
At LCA, Gabriella supports complex projects by working across teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and helping keep work moving forward. She is particularly skilled at building relationships, communicating clearly, and bringing people together around shared goals.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys stand-up comedy, listening to podcasts, and walking her dogs.
ANDREW MCNEILL, ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a business focus from Whitworth University. Before joining LCA, he gained hands-on management experience in the retail industry, building a strong foundation in leadership and customer service.
As an Associate Consultant, Andrew brings his technical background and analytical skills to quality assurance and other project work, helping identify issues, evaluate complex systems, and ensure work meets LCA's high standards. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and applies a process improvement mindset to his day-to-day work.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active at the gym, experimenting with new recipes, and cheering on the Seahawks.
JONATHAN SIMMONS, ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Washington State University. At LCA, he specializes in quality assurance, bringing strong technical and analytical skills to his project work.
Jonathan has a particular strength in problem-solving and data analysis, using detailed review to identify issues, recognize trends, and provide meaningful feedback. His technical background and attention to detail make him a valuable contributor to projects involving complex systems and data.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and watching TV.
